- Oh dear!! An item i ordered is missing? What should i do?
We're sorry this has happened! Sometimes if an item is very popular it may go out of stock by the time we fulfil your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to dispatch that item to you. But don't worry, as soon as your item is back in stock we can send it out to you!
Otherwise, we will give you your money back for that item. You will receive an email if any item is out of stock and you are due a refund. Our refund process may take up to around 5 working days. Use the below estimation of when to expect refunds to reach your bank account:
- Card payments: 3 – 5 working days
- PayPal payments: 1 – 2 working days
- I’m a very busy person! What if my parcel arrives when i'm not home?
Don’t worry, we know the feeling! If the courier can't reach you because you're not home, then they may try to leave your order with your neighbour or, if specified, in a safe place. Ultimately the courier will leave a card to attempt re-delivery for the next working day.
You can also arrange re-delivery with them directly by following the instructions on the card.
- OMG my parcel hasn't arrived! What should i do?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order we will process an investigation with the courier. This can take up to 2 weeks and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered we will not offer a refund, if the investigation shows the order has been lost we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or refund.
- Will my parcel need to be signed for?
If you’re not in our couriers will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place around your property. Or they may attempt to re-deliver the next working day.
If this isn’t possible, they’ll leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery.
- SO.. when will my order arrive?
Hey girl hang in there! Deliveries are attempted anytime between 8am and 9pm, so your order could arrive in the morning or evening. Your chosen courier may text you with an estimated date and time your parcel will be with you.

- Can i get my order delivered to a different address to my billing address?
Of course! You can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address at the checkout.
Don't forget you can save multiple addresses in ‘my account’ for future orders.
