- I have a technical problem, what do i do?
We’re sorry! If you are having a technical issue or have found a fault on the website just email us on email@example.com to inform us of your problem and we will get back to you within 24 hours! Please provide us with your order number, if you cannot find your order number, please provide as much relevant information as possible for us to be able to quickly identify your order or issue.
Please note that if you are experiencing problems when making a purchase, we will require the following information:
- Screenshot of the problem
- Device on which problem occurred
- The rough time problem encountered

- Oops! I’ve forgotten my password, what should i do?
We can fix it! Just click on ‘forgotten your password’ link and follow the instructions, it simple!
- I've changed my mind! Can i cancel my order?
We start processing your order as soon as we receive it to ensure a fast delivery. Once your order has been placed we cannot stop the process of your items being sent to you , you will need to return the items to us.
- How do i know if my order has been placed?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the contents of your order. Alternatively, you can log into your account and click on my orders.
If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- OH NO! I've received a faulty item, what should i do?
We're sorry to hear that you've received a faulty item. Please contact us on email@example.com with your order ID, the name/product code of the item that was faulty. Please ensure this is done within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Quick question! How i do track my order?
Don't Panic! Your parcel is being processed and you will get an email once it leaves our warehouse. While you wait, you can check the status of your order within 'My Account'.
We use a range of couriers and these will depend on your chosen delivery option.
Some couriers may drop you a confirmation text with an estimate date and arrival time that you should expect your parcel.
To check the progress of your delivery, visit the courier's website using your tracking details that will have been included in the email you received.

I’m afraid once an order has been placed it can not be changed as the InTheMode team will already be processing your order, sorry bae!
